Laser cut fibre 2d
Thanks to laser cutting we can define any shape for cutting, with great precision. This machine allows us to cut different materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and bronze.
Tube bending
We curve all kinds of round, square or rectangular profiles up to a diameter of 42mm.
Surface Finish
We have an installation of electrostatic painting, equipped with 5 stages in the pretreatment and with a more central cabin of powder of color fast cabio.

Capacity, precision and perfect finish in pipe cutting.
CNC and Robotic folding
Our folding capacity varies from 10 mm length to 3.5 m length. We duplicate both a prototype and a long series. We have robotic folding, which gives us great capacity and productivity for folding large series.
Technical Office
In our technical office we have a great technical team that always seeks the best quality and maximum efficiency throughout the production process. In addition, we have the necessary software both for the design of a simple 2D piece and for the design of more complex sets in 3D, we also have the best software for programming and simulation of all our machines.
Punching CNC
Machine that allows us to machine parts up to 8mm with threads, stamping and folding up to 25mm, work field without replacement of 3000 × 1500. Machine capable of giving up to 1000 strokes per minute.
Welding and assembly
We have welders with extensive experience, capable of carrying out any type of welding and any type of material. Among our welding processes we use methods such as MIG, TIG, oxyacetylene welding and spot welding. We have 20 welding sites.
